What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Overage starts at +20% of your plan's per-lookup rate, billed monthly. You can keep validating without interruption for 60 days, at which point we'll pause and ask you to top up.
Do unused credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Older packs are consumed first (FIFO) so you always burn the ones closest to expiry.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — the new pack's credits are added to your balance. Downgrade kicks in at the next renewal.
Is there a free tier?
500 free lookups on signup, valid 30 days. No credit card. Enough to integrate, test, and validate the API contract before committing.
